Thursday 10th April: SCAN and other interested parties from in and around Swindon met with Swindon South's MP Anne Snelgrove and environment minister Hilary Benn. More information on Anne Snelgrove's web site and in the Swindon Link magazine.

Thursday 3rd April: Long-standing SCAN supporter and founder member Ken Trennery celebrates the extension of free bus travel by over-60s by traveling from Swindon to Plymouth entirely by bus.

March/April: A wide range of local groups with an interest in transport convened to produce the Community Transport Vision, in response to Swindon Borough Council's 'Vision for Transport: 2030'.

Wednesday 20th February Talk and discussion: Sustainable design and the new Swindon Central Library. Our new library has won a national award for its sustainable design. Come and hear about it from the project architect Tony Currivan. Friends Meeting House, SN1 3JF, 7:00pm for refreshments, 7:30pm start. Everyone welcome.
